The Publisher Development division seeks to increase and accelerate the return on investment for our Internet marketing activities by creating and distributing relevant, quality content.

This unit is led by William (Bill) Topaz, division President, who is an experienced content and publishing expert. His career in media and related industries spans thirty years in management roles for print and digital publishers and content distributors. He has served in an executive capacity with public corporations such as Capital Cities, Inc., ABC, Inc., Times-Mirror Co., and Courier Corp. as well as smaller privately held companies. These positions entailed leadership for sales and marketing, overall general management with revenue and P&L responsibility, and acquisitions/due diligence.

Bill's background is broad-based and encompasses the full range of business and operational activities that occur across an enterprise. He was an early proponent of integrated marketing and understands how online opportunities must connect to other sales and marketing modalities. He also has many years experience building market positions and developing brand-extending products and product lines.

The Division is comprised of a group of dedicated in-house and freelance editors and writers who work to create and enhance the value of our online content.

The team strives to produce material that is well-written, entertaining and informative, and delivers a highly positive and satisfying experience to every web site visitor. Each piece is commissioned by Consumer Brands and will appear on a proprietary Consumer Brands or partner site. All material is carefully edited and checked for originality using a process that helps insure continuous editorial improvement.
